Where do i find tables for healthy height weight age (not bmi) for male and female? - female bmi table
I need to scale for teaching wieght that show, and find if possible the amount of body fat on age and fitness base. I want my children, their position in relation to general level of fitness and see the true make a picture "" self.

The poem is great, I know if my brother has written to me and read aloud, paused to mourn my baby shower, too.

Not for a baby shower. The emphasis should be placed on the mother and the baby will come soon. This poem is more like an excuse or as to brag about how good a nurse you. It's still a great poem. No offense, but I think they should save for another time.

Although I love your poem, I have no idea how they relate to the birth of her son. I would say, save it for her birthday and write a poem about your baby and / or motherhood. It would be better suited ...
