You need a 12-volt ... You need only a 2 amp output. Try a hobby store that sells model trains.
Then you buy a mic preamp and a huge package of 4 or 5 elements and rotor ... Put on your roof.
Not sure how this is linked to car audio, but ...
A linear amplifier of relief and a good 15 amps continuous supply current.
